Awaiting outcome of Public Inquiry

We have not been given any idea of when the reporter will announce his decision. However, we are hopeful of a positive outcome, especially given the  behaviour of and tactics employed by GreenPower in particular.

Conjoined Calliacher & Griffin Public Inquiry

The Public Inquiry will start on the 12th of September and will be held at Amulree Village Hall.

Conjoined Calliacher & Griffin Public Inquiry

Out of the blue, it has been announced that the Public Inquiry for Calliacher & Griffin developments are to be conjoined. The Reporters unit has sent a notice to the planning authority with the 31st of March being set as the 'starting' date for the process. This means that if you want to give evidence you have until the 13th of April to inform the reporters unit (contact details below). There will be a pre-inquiry meeting at Amulree Village Hall at 7pm on Tuesday the 23rd of May to confirm arrangements, advise those taking part of the procedures and their responsibilities and to encourage joint representation where appropriate. Please take a look at this Executive web site for further details, Scottish Executive Inquiry Reporters Unit .
